THIS IS A BID TOURNAMENT, 1ST & 2ND PLACE TEAMS WILL OBTAIN BIDS TO AVP BEACH WEEK & NATIONALS. TOURNAMENT ENTRY FEE: $40 PER PLAYER / $80 PER TEAM - PAY ONSITE, CASH, VENMO, OR DEBIT/CREDIT

AVP Age Divisions:
18U: Players who were born on or after September 1, 2003 - OR - Players who were born on or after September 1, 2002 AND a high school student in the 12th grade or below during some part of the current academic year
16U: Players who were born on or after September 1, 2005
14U: Players who were born on or after September 1, 2007
12U: Players who were born on or after September 1, 2009

Tournament Format
Pool Play Rounds followed by Bracket Play

2v2 Boys/Girls are separate divisions
12U Only Coed teams are allowed

What to Bring to our Beach League/Clinics/Tournaments:
1. Our facility is Indoor so dress accordingly!
2. Water bottle
3. Beach towel to wipe sand off
4. Ball is optional (we have plenty)

More Details:
• Coaching only allowed during timeouts/tech and between sets

• WE MUST HAVE 4+TEAMS IN EACH DIVISION TO RUN & 5+ TEAMS TO RECEIVE BIDS

• 1 timeout per set + technical at 21 points
• 5 minute warm up between matches
• Pool play, followed by single elimination playoffs

Chairs, Food, Drinks, & Cooler are permitted! Please remember to throw away your trash. NO GLASS PLEASE!

AVP MEMBERSHIP IS REQUIRED TO PLAY. AVP Memberships are valid for a full calendar year, check link here to verify if your membership is valid or expired:

If you or and your athlete do not have an AVP membership please follow these step by step instructions below and please note you will need 2 separate email addresses (one for the parent and one for the junior):

1. Parents, first Create a Basic (free) membership for yourself here https://avp.com/membership-sign-up/. Create a password and use your own email address and info for this. You need a parent account to manage any Juniors.
2. Next once on your own main parent profile page, https://avp.com/member-profile/, click the menu item that says Linked Accounts, then select "Create linked account", this will be to create and link your Juniors AVP account.
3. Select Silver ($25) or Gold Membership ($40), it’s good for 1 year. The only difference between Gold Silver is that Gold allows your junior to compete in National Tournaments.
4. Then enter your child's information. You will need to use a different email address than the one you used to create your own free parent account. We suggest using a spouse email or your own second email address because all communications & a temporary password will be sent to this email address once your juniors account is created. Many juniors don’t check their emails!
5. Follow the prompts to complete the membership, then please check the email address you used to create your Juniors account for a temporary password and save that password or change it once you login.
